As always, solid advice, Chris. Do you find most people you speak with have difficulties with one of these issues above all others? Any personal observations about which one you have the most trouble with in your own life?

Thank you for your note. The most difficult thing I think is consistency. How do you keep up a good habit for long enough to kick in and really become a part of your personality. If we could get rid of bad habits and replace them with good habits, and do that quickly and easily, then life would be super good.
