Are you connecting with others because you are genuinely inspired by them? Or do you cynically see them as just another opportunity, another potential customer or client? Building authentic connections is important and this is even more important in business today. Choose the right reason to connect and your connections will be stronger as a result.

This is very interesting post Erica, I always believe that if you ever wanted to go far in any fields of business you must create a relationship with others who are in the same niche so that they could be able to support you when you need them and I think Alli shown the example of that.
