Timo: I have been having guest bloggers on my first blog for many years. First I had guest posts on philosophical topics and then I also started out as an to have guest post published during my summer vacations.

My tip is that you get to "know, like and trust" (Dr. Ivan Misner, John Jantsch, et al) the guest bloggers, so they get a feel of your blogging style and the content on your blog.

Btw: I will get back to you re. podcasting in the near future! ;)

Accepting guest posts on your blog is certainly one of the best ways to ensure that your site is constantly updated. It will also lessen the hassle of writing for you and, if you can find a better way of doing it then, it will be worthwhile and I'm sure that's what this post will teach a lot of people.
