Habits are very powerful, and can either be a very useful tool, or very detrimental in a lot of ways. They form a lot of what you do in everyday life – in fact, 50% of what you do on a daily basis is from your habits. Now that you know this, you can probably see the importance of being aware of your habits, that you put in place the right habits to continue moving forward in a positive and successful manner, and that you keep control and put a stop to negative habits you do on a daily basis.
Habits are formed with a psychological pattern called a Habit Loop.
