Thanks for your comment. I found the video inspiring too. I prefer to think of such mistakes in terms of incomplete knowledge rather than the idea of doing something wrong. I'd like to believe that I am better at what I do today than I was last year and that I will be better next year than I am today. It's a question of correcting errors and moving forward.

Shawn, among my most favorite posts are those which make me feel as if I have just had a session with a business coach. This was a great posting on change...one of the most difficult things to implement. I guess in order to institute change we have to admit that we were doing something "wrong"...not one of the easier things to face up to. But getting past that and making changes where and when necessary can bring huge rewards. Thanks for another great post!
