Is your Idea based on something original?

We probably mostly agree that experience is based on the past, therefore when someone comes up with a new idea, if you strip it down, it will be based tightly or loosely on something already created.

Thanks for your comment and insight. Sometimes customer perception becomes more important than our own perception. That can blur the boundaries. But I agree with Seth, remarkable is quite convincing!

Hi Elaine,

To paraphrase Seth Godin, maybe it's not as important that your business is original as that it is remarkable. And, of course, that is a subjective quality based on the perceptions of your customers.
