Really awesome job. Lenny is not the first person who comes to mind, but you made me a believer. My favorite of his is with Slash, "Always on the Run." Great post with some sound business prnciples.

I can't say that Lenny Kravitz was the first person I thought either. However,I was listening to the song one day and it hit me that good leaders are really asking the question, "are you going to go my way" because they are seeking to change the world in some way. Glad you enjoyed the post!
