Jon: How do you start your morning?

I have to have a cup of tea in the morning. During the darker seasons, I look into a phototherapy lamp with a natural light, for a bit. It is a part of the Life S.A.V.E.R.S. (silence, affirmation, visualization, exercise, reading, scribble) daily routine.

Most mornings, I get up and go to the gym for a light cardio and weight workout. Then I go home for breakfast and to get ready for work. My goal is to get to the office before the business day gets going, so I can review what needs to be done and prioritize my calendar.
