I work from home for my own business - for the last 8 years. And it's hard going because like you say you tend to stay up until the wee hours - for me if the work is there then I need to do it. But I'm getting my head around that now. Another tip I suggest is having a commute to your desk - I walk the dogs - so it's not from bed to desk. Thanks for sharing on Bizsugar.com
