Yes, it is all about getting used to waking up early.

If we go back couple of years ago, I wouldn't have believed that I'm working out this seriously. But apparently even big (and good) changes are possible, if you are truly motivated :)

Liked the story Tim. Although I was not training for a marathon, a few years ago when still working for a corporation I decided I really needed to get fit. So to get to work on time I had to exercise at 5 am. It was hard at first but like many things it does get easier.

Now I have my own business I still get up early (although not at 5 am) to exercise. That said I do admire you exercising especially in your winter months.
