Jennifer: Have you tested with listening to “noise” patterns / sound, e.g., white noise, railroad tracks? I have integrated a tea routine / ceremony during my work day, similar to your lunch break.

All the Best,

Martin

Hi Martin, I tried listening to one of those "focus" audios on YouTube one day and it made me so sleepy I had to turn it off. Maybe I should look into a more effective "noise" pattern. The tea break sounds good, too. Thanks for your kind comment!
