Ileane: I am glad that you point out that you should be yourself and you should step away from the computer now and then. I always say in my social media courses that the most important thing to remember is to answer the "why" question and use the on/off button... ;)

I like the way you refer to the on/off button and the why question. I know that a lot of people are confused about why they use social media and what they are getting out of it. If you start with the "why" first, it makes your social media life so much simpler.
