Social media can be a great marketing tool but what happens when you receive negative comments from customers? It is very easy for customers to leave feedback on social networks and review sites and, the popularity of smartphones means they can happen instantly.

Feedback's part of the game with social media and with business. That's feedback both positive and negative. It's a good idea to take it for what it is and use it for your business's benefit. No need to react emotionally. Even negative feedback can help.
