Yep, it's always a case of trying to balance automation with real life interaction. I never advocate a 'set it and forget it' attitude to social media (or anything else!). It's vital to check in to every channel regularly as well.

I hope you like it as much as I do. Having used MeetEdgar a lot for a client recently, I was surprised how similar it felt, given it's free and ME is quite expensive. Obviously the free version has limitations, but we're talking 100 posts, not 10 or 20! Definitely worth giving it a try.
