I'm wondering if any of the more aggressive solutions you are talking about are permitted under Facebook's rather extensive terms of use agreement. Using tools Facebook itself has provided is one thing, but do any of the ad blocker tools you're discussing present a problem? How will Facebook react. I know the terms of use change from time to time.
