Alot of businesses miss the value of “listening” when it comes to their social media strategies. Many see their Facebook as a medium in which they can use to broadcast their promotional messages, whenever they feel like it. Although this is a long term benefit of a well received social media strategy, the initial steps involve less “me, me me” activity.
