Great thoughts in particular from the video, my favorite being the idea that your strategy should never be based on the tools you use. How many businesses have forgotten what they're all about because they focus too much on tools? Most tragically perhaps and most near and dear to my heart is the newspaper industry who forgot they were in the news business and became too focused on being in the paper printing business.

Great point Shawn. It's not about the tools. It about how you use the tools to add value for your customers.

Not only the newspaper biz, but auto biz, real estate, financial services, health care... all out of sync with using online tools to match their markets.
