Using Facebook for a B2B (business-to-business) operation can be rather tricky. For one thing, your potential clients may not think to use Facebook for business. For another, they may work for organizations where access to most social media is blocked. So having a Facebook business page for a B2B company may not seem like a smart idea. But whenever I give talks and tell people they shouldn’t use Facebook for B2B, there’s always someone in the audience who has a great story about how they’re having great success with it. And they all seem to have a few things in common.
