Great Article, Janice. Wonderful points to think about when deciding how to approach social media. Thanks for sharing the free worksheets, but unfortunately it seems there's an issue when trying to download them. Personally, we've utilized Facebook the most. We're also trying to find a way to use platforms lesser used in our industry, like Pinterest.

You could use Pinterest in many ways, e.g. as a private communication area for your business partners.
