Good list Brad and sometimes when I see businesses make mistake No 1 the site looks like those dollar shops and you can't find anything.

Some of those sites remind me of those pre-internet ASCII bulletin boards, Susan. With all of the great templates available online, I don't understand why small businesses don't take advantage of them.
