Don't try to hound your customers for review, if you offer excellent service, they'll do it gladly for you!

Hi Nellie,

Yeah, customer reviews you need to hound people for aren't really worth the effort. The results, if you even succeed, will be at the expense of customer good will. And that kind of defeats the purpose. Thanks for sharing some recommendations for doing it the right way and for sharing this post with the BizSugar community.
