As an entrepreneur looking for an idea, it makes sense to explore problem areas within your knowledge comfort zone, but when you are building a business with the solution, you have to stretch your comfort zone to keep up with the market and stay ahead of competitors. I haven’t found a successful and satisfying venture yet that was a comfortable and easy win.

I really need to execute #8. Scaling up is my biggest problem right now. I'm very picky with whom I work with - too picky that it slows down my business growth. I partner with a couple of freelancers of many I've tried to work with. We work together for more than 3 years now.
As I can afford to hire 2-3 more freelancers/subcontractors to scale my business, any tips to share on how to choose the right ones with less nitpicking on my side?
Many thanks!
