All 4 of them are great, and anyone can use it in their own small business. But every small business need to have they own rules for their niche. If you fallow them, success is more guaranteed.

BizRock, I agree. Not every rule can apply to every business, and finding out which rules to make and follow can be quite a long process - but it's well worth it, I believe.
