In this video from Andrew Warner of http://mixergy.com/, Andrew talks about lessons learned in his interview with Jason Fried, founder of 37 Signals. Among the lessons are that money isn't necessary to start a company, but that developing a voice and becoming a teacher for your customers is. He says Fried also advocates building a subscription based model for businesses and charging for all software applications. See the video for more.

It's kind of the frustrating part about much of new media, many articles as well. Often times the ideas are great but the execution is sloppy. I really think there's a market out there for professional online video in particular.

I like some of the content, but he has to work on video quality. I'm not an expert, but its too shaky. Distracts from his points, which are helpful things about starting a business.
