This sure is a big concept, David. Because the world used to be about compartmentalization as well. So the question isn't just how much of your personality do you or should you put out there, but also are there any parts that really don't fit with your brand? Are your political/religious views, hobbies, interests, other relationships consistent with what you do? In the old days, perhaps being an organic eating, environmentally conscious, Republican yoga instructor and hand gun enthusiast wasn't a problem. You interacted with many different people in many different worlds without necessary overlap. Now your life is an open Facebook. How much do you share?
