Great post. The niches you listed certainly are highly sought after niches, but I think it's best to pick a niche that best suites the individual, as you mentioned as well.

It's quite difficult to find a niche for yourself. You need to truly look into what you want to happen with your blog if you want to be successful in your niche. Find yourself then find your niche!
