Is your business website designed for customers?

No doubt that a business website should be designed to convert visitors into buyers and that is actually what marketing is all about. But is that all a website supposed to do for you business? Only conversion? Or should your business website be designed for customers?

Hi Balaji,

I guess the simple answer to the question posed in your title is that it better be. Your Website is for attracting customers, so that should really be first priority. Of course, there can be many reasons this ends up being easier said than done.

You are right Heather. But most of the websites concentrate so much only on first time conversion that they completely forget about their existing customers and making the website convenient for them to find the information. Even a company as big as GetResponse has this problem and that is what I have tried to explain in this post.
