1. Brush your teeth : 2 minutes

2. Drink water: 1 minute

3. Meditate: 7 minutes

4. Focus: 5 minutes

5. Exercise: 7 minutes

6. Stretch: 2 minutes

I will do the following steps, starting Monday.

Are you using a meditation app? Have you tested Buddhify?

Do you have a app for focus and stretching routine?

I will check out the 7 min. exercise app mentioned in the video.

7. Shave

8. Shower

9. Get dressed

10. Drink Matcha green tea.
