Culture is officially way beyond a buzzword. Companies that focus on building a strong culture absolutely pound their competition. They're the companies that attract Gen-Ys by the boatload and get the pick of the best talent on the planet.

Yet, despite the importance (and benefits) of culture, as we move into an evermore rapidly changing world, it's essential to highlight another key component of management.

Treehouse is basically a website where you learn how to code - teamtreehouse.com

What kind of business is Treehouse? I think holocracy could be a good thing, if it is based on a sound business philosophy. Otherwise it will only be "hola! cracy!" ;)

I see that David Allen Company and Medium are using this new kind of structure. Do you know about other companies that have implemented the holocratic method?

I believe Treehouse also uses it. I know there are more out there, but I don't have access to a full list. What do you think about holacracy? Good thing/bad thing?
