It's about time that the little guys (small business owners) get a break from all the retributive laws put in place to police the bad business practices the big guys (large corporations). This article highlights one of the more repellent ways small business owners have been penalized with huge fines by laws aimed at large corporations...But it seems that the IRS has finally come up to speed and is no longer throwing the baby out with the bath water...
