In their essence, hotels are not IT enterprises. So it is logical that many hoteliers fear major changes in their IT systems and often try to fill the gaps by adding new peripheral solutions. This only adds to their struggles and we get to the point where the snowball rolls down. But will actually switching to the cloud be such a mess?
