At any time, day or night, Google can flip a switch and change the rules. They don’t have to notify anyone, they don’t have to warn anyone, and they don’t have to explain their actions, or help any business recover as a result of the changes.
Perhaps it is time for all webmasters, bloggers, and businesses to unite into a "Webmasters' Union" in order to ensure fair and equitable treatment from Google.
