I'm still not sure how best to join in the community here, so any tips would be welcome! The main objectives in this type of email would be to leave the customer with a good feeling and get them excited to purchase. Make them smile. I know a lot of focus is on driving sales and engagement at this time of year, and it should be, but it’s also the perfect time to reach out to the customers who have supported you and say “Thanks”. Remember that their time is limited and they have trusted you with their email address, so give them something of value. I'd love to hear other thoughts, too! Christelle"Subscribe
