Your Employees Hate You and It's Probably Your Fault
"Thank you, Heather for your comments! I completely agree; employees have a much greater chance at reaching their full potential when their work environment is positive. I wish more bosses would realize the importance of acknowledging hard work and rewarding employees for it — even if it’s with something as simple as a $10 gift card or a ‘thank you.’ Goes a long way in creating job satisfaction and long-term loyalty."Triberr Review: Bones, Bonfires, and Inbreeding. Cash Mobs: The Ultimate Guide for Promoting on a Budget
"Hi, Lyceum! Thank you for your comment. Cash mobs are a newer concept, but it's not a term I came up with. It's a concept used by supporters of local businesses to help 'mob' small businesses with cash -- and hopefully get them new customers and the profit they need to stay open. It's derived from 'flash mob.' I get what you mean but this is one of the good mobs! :)"
