"Hi Susan, Yes, indeed - it's a very competitive market. The biggest gap of all is actually many similar sites offering partially, if not entirely, broken services (and some other are simply slow and unreliable.) Webmaster tool sites are passive earners at best - the key is to offer a fast, reliable, and accurate self-service platform - something many sites are lacking of. Anyway, I'm a believer that webpreneurs should NOT go for micro niches to avoid competing with the big guys, like many suggest - My only reason is that competitive market means lucrative market, as long as there's no over-supply.
