Unfortunately, we are not there, yet. Credibility is probably the main issue in social hiring. Social networks are stereotyped as a place for people with many aliases - spotting one, credible, social media user is rather trivial, IMO.

Honestly, I think this is really an underutilized way of finding employees, contractors, business partners, you name it. And it's something people looking for a job or a client should think about as well. Thanks for sharing.
