When do you think you should practice excellent customer service? Sometimes? All the time? Only when someone's watching? I assume you're thinking, "Well, duh, Steve, we practice it all the time! We always deliver great service!" But do you?

I'm really big on customer service. If I deal with a company who has a great product for a cheaper price but has terrible customer service, I won't hesitate to go with their competitor at the higher price point if they has exceptional customer service. It just makes the whole buying experience much better.
