In a bid to improve customer service in its Cadillac showrooms, General Motors is turning for help from one of the world’s top outfits for making patrons happy — Ritz-Carlton. Smart move. Ritz-Carlton is known for exceptional customer service that inspires loyalty. That we all could be coached by them.

I've stayed in a Ritz-Carlton hotels and I've ridden in Cadillacs. Both are pretty nice experiences. I'm pulling for GM and Cadillac so hope this training helps.

Ritz Carlton has for a long time has been a case study for customer service so it will be interesting to see the results.

I remember back once Hertz hired a guy named OJ Simpson to improve image. I hope this works out better.

No fair. I was eating my lunch when I read that. I nearly made a mess all over my keyboard laughing.
