It's really not easy to train yourself or your employees with the virtues required to be a well-rounded, service-minded personality. You have both internal and external customers. I have worked as a purchaser for a long time and in order to serve the end-customer, I supplied my internal customer, the factory, with raw material for the production of welding electrodes, on time, at a competitive price (cost) and with a quality according to a specification.
