I shop at a butcher that is quite a bit more expensive than others. Not because I like paying more...far from it. The guys are really nice, they trim the meat before weighing it (pretty rare) if you are a regular customer, and...when they found out we have two dogs, they began saving scraps and bones for us which they donate.
Good customer service? It made the deal!
