Picture this: You are a satisfied customer, maybe even a long-term customer, and suddenly this business that you have grown to love is no longer performing to the level of expectations that you are accustomed to. It’s not that it was just one thing that may make you question whether you still want to do business with them yet, but instead it was a bunch of little things that have now led you to the breaking point of finding a new provider. Nobody wants to experience this and as business owners we need to be aware of the little things that can cause our customers to look elsewhere.
