Very Interesting, Pawel.

I'm one of those who does take offense when something is raised or promised & then not done. Even having to bring it up later is a problem. I think it's "passive-aggressive behavior" to start promising stuff you never intend to do just to build up your business' attractiveness, or placate the person standing there. I've been the victim of it too many times to laugh it off. The cliche "under-promise & over-deliver" cures these ills.
