Worst was their not turning a bad thing posative. I've had 2 bad retail experiences in the last week that caused me to walk out without spending money. In both cases the kicker was their total lack of wanting to help someone who's having a bum experience in their establishment. They could have turned it around, but didn't care.

My wife just had one yesterday where she was going to take out son to a doctor but his online reviews were horrific. Not going to see him now.

Amazing how people don't pay attention to this.
