I'm an accountant myself (ACCA) and thankfully have some great clients. However I have heard of some "Bookkeepers" masquerading as qualified accountants which worries me. There is a reason why we studied for years and have to keep the CPD going too. Thanks for sharing on Bizsugar.com

Hi Art,

I don't think I'm overstating that either. The thing is that ideas are only as good as your execution and picking the wrong people to help you put your plan in motion will likely lead to failure, even with the best plan and best business model around.

Thanks for sharing the post, Art. All these sound bad. A bad accountant can be trouble. No doubt about it. Getting the right advice is as important as having the right business model and a good business plan. Without it, you won't get far.

Great point. I haven't considered it that way, to be honest. Thanks for the insights! :)
