The stereotype of someone that is getting older not only includes diminished physical abilities but also diminished mental abilities as well. And indeed there is some truth to the stereotype. As someone who, by many of you would be considered old, I can vouch about the diminished physical abilities.

To me social media is about connecting with your target market and truly "getting inside their heads", or in other words getting to know them. People are so transparent on social media so it's the easiest platform to do that.

I agree to this partially. It is not always true that older people will always be beneficial. Many a time older people want a higher priority and this creates a conflict.
