I just like the title here. You could say the same thing about a lot of things. e.g. SEO isn't rocket science but it's (probably) just as hard.

Of course its hard to build effective business team, and be leader to them and every day give them new tasks and motivation.

Thanks for the post! Team building is hard work. No doubt about it! But I also think for those business leaders that do it right, it's half the battle. An effective team can change everything in terms of operating your business. It really cuts workload for everyone.
