The old way of conducting a focus group is such a hassle; finding the right people, where to host the group, finding that someone to moderate the group, deciding whether to get help from a marketing research company and the list can go on. Do we really still need to go through all the extra headaches of the traditional focus group? Not with the way the online world is now and the advancements in technology.
