I am often invited into companies that are seeing stagnant or declining sales. What can we do, how long will it take, and how much will it cost are invariably the questions we are asked, and our clients are almost always surprised when we tell them the good news that the answer to the first question is probably sitting in a file cabinet, and the answers to questions two and three are equally in reach. It’s all in the fine-tuning and the willingness to reframe how to use existing resources.
