Have you read how office managers rejoiced because of Facebook outage last September? Now, I don’t blame you if you think this is exaggerating it a bit. It sounds too crazy to be true but then I won’t be surprised if it is.

I don't agree with Ruth Anderson that using Facebook for five minutes would be a distraction and decrease your productivity. The thing is what you do with these five minutes. How about gathering business intelligence information? Checking what you customers are saying about your company? Continue a valuable conversation with a business partner?

I do agree with the author of Small Business Lessons that you should do company work during your job hours.
