Live Beyond Regret and Remorse

I want to live beyond regret and remorse. I want to make sure that I’m assertive and I make decisions that I can stand up for. Yet I also want to think good thoughts and appreciate good experiences and reflect on these things. I did not decide on what day I was going to be born and I cannot decide on what day I will die. But I can decide how I will live my life. I want to be fearless.

I have to say, I was originally curious about the title of this piece, and reading it, I found it took a tack that I had not at all expected. It is all too common for people to sort of forget about the world beyond business. An interesting read, to be sure.
